Just wow. What customer service?! You get checked out with wrong prices and they dont care. Manager just doesn't say a word about anything. Never thought I would experience horrible customer service from this store. Thanks I'll take my business somewhere else.

Manager couldn't be bothered to assist the new cashier when my two items checked out at almost twice the price. Went and took pictures of the stickers on the shelf that stated the price I was expecting and he still wanted to charge the wrong price. Manager didn't even acknowledge the problem. Then the punk walks away abruptly clearly mad almost running in to me. Absolutely useless. Never again. I would love to hear back from corporate. Just go to the big box stores and check yourself out and you can watch the prices.

I went in TS to return an item I had purchased online. The cashier was unsure how to process the return. The manager Sean tried to help her out, however he was RUDE to me and condescending. I had the product with TS tags still on the item I had the receipt sent with the package. Somehow he was still unable to process the return, seriously. I did use some cuss words ( he deserved them) for being a misogynistic, unpleasant person. He obviously has little to no customer service training and he is incompetent as a manager. Shanti look for another job ASAP. Waiting on TS customer service to call me back and hopefully offer a solution.

Great new location with unique setup. Everything that is normally is outside is inside the building. So if you can stay cool 🥶 in the summer and warm🥵 in the winter and dry all year long picking up your large items when loading up inside the back of the store. Friendly Staff as usual.
